捕收剂雾化对细粒矿物浮选性能的影响

摘要 针对浮选领域某些药剂难溶、难乳化分散以及微细粒难浮的情况,开展了捕收剂雾化对细粒矿物浮选性能影响的试验研究。选用石英为研究对象,对比了FX-6、ZL这两种膏状难溶捕收剂雾化和滴加两种不同加药方式对细粒石英浮选回收率的影响,并进行了雾化速率试验、单矿物浮选试验、吸附量测定试验以及Zeta电位测试试验。试验结果表明,矿物浮选过程中捕收剂经雾化后添加相较于传统滴加方式具有更优的浮选效果。 In view of the situation that some reagents in flotation field are insoluble,difficult to emulsify and disperse,and micro-fine particles are difficult to flotation,the experimental study on the effect of collector atomization on flotation performance of fine minerals was carried out.Quartz was selected as the research object.The effects of two kinds of paste collectors,FX-6 and ZL,on the recovery of fine quartz flotation were compared.Atomization rate test,single mineral flotation test,adsorption measurement test and Zeta potential test were carried out.The experimental results show that the flotation recovery of mineral flotation by adding collector after atomization is higher than that by traditional dropping method.
