摘要
主要研究了高比容钽阳极在检测容量时,测试用的阴极装置的不同结构及不同材质对容量检测结果的影响,并开发可用于测试高比容钽阳极的阴极装置。通过试验对比钽阳极在多种阴极材料及其不同形状下的容量和损耗值测试结果,并介绍了环状阴极的制作方法。结果表明:使用FTW50K钽粉制作的环状阴极表面积大,同时能使阳极面积与阴极面积的平均距离d始终稳定,使容量及损耗测试结果稳定。
The influences of different structures and materials of the cathode devices used for testing high specific tantalum anodes on the testing results of capacity were studied,and the cathode devices for testing high specific tantalum anodes were developed.Through experiment contrast tantalum anode in a variety of cathode materials and their different shapes of Cv,tgδvalue test results,and introduces the method of making the annular cathode.The results show that annular cathode surface area made of FTW50 K tantalum powder is big,and the average distance d between the anode area and the cathode area is always stable,so that the test results of capacity and loss are stable.
