火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铅精矿中氧化钙的含量

摘要 铅精矿样品用盐酸、硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸四酸联合消解,在稀盐酸介质中,加入一定量的氯化锶抑制多种元素的干扰,使用空气-乙炔火焰,于原子吸收光谱仪波长422.7 nm处测量钙的吸光度,以工作曲线法计算氧化钙的含量。该方法测定氧化钙的检出限0.11 mg/L,相对标准偏差小于3.75%,回收率在94%~105%之间,测定范围在1.0%~5.0%之间,具有良好的精密度和准确度。 The lead concentrate sample was digested by hydrochloric acid,nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchlorate.A certain amount of strontium chloride was added to dilute hydrochloric acid medium to restrain the interference of various elements.The absorbance of calcium was measured at 422.7 nm of atomic absorption spectrometer with air-acetylene flame.The content of calcium oxide was calculated by working curve method.The detection limit of the method is 0.11 mg/L,the relative standard deviation is less than 3.75%,and the recovery is between 94% and 105%,and the determination range is between 1.0% and 5.0%,with good precision and accuracy.
