船舶空调冷凝水回收利用研究分析与应用

为实现船舶空调凝水的合理利用,研究船舶空调冷凝水的特点,结合凝水量的理论计算,对船舶空调冷凝水回收利用的可行性进行分析,提出利用途径。以深水综合勘察船的空调凝水回收利用系统方案为例,介绍船舶空调凝水产量的测算方法与回收利用系统设计思路,并结合实船应用情况分析空调凝水回收利用的有益效果,为船舶空调冷凝水回收利用系统的设置提供指导,并对实现船舶空调冷凝水的深度利用提出建议。

In order to carry out rational utilization of marine air-conditioning condensate,by researching the characteristics of the marine air-conditioning condensate,combining with the theoretical calculation of condensate quantity,the feasibility of recycling marine air-conditioning condensate was analyzed,and the methods of utilization were proposed.Taking the air-conditioning condensate recycling system set on a deep water multi-purpose survey vessel as an example,the calculation method of air-conditioning condensate output and the design idea of recycling system were introduced,and the beneficial effect of air-conditioning condensate recycling combined with the actual ship application was analyzed,so as to provide guidance for the setting of air-conditioning condensate recycling system,and to make suggestions on the further utilization of air-conditioning condensate.
