摘要
某些特殊货物在运输过程中必须控制货物周围的环境温度。假定该特殊货物在运输过程中,货物周围平均环境温度不得超过38℃,并根据相关要求,货舱需提供足够的通风或降温措施,且冗余设计,以保证任何工况下货舱平均环境温度低于38℃。从货舱热湿负荷计算、空调系统布置方案和冷却系统设计和空调气流分布等方面进行货舱温度控制的研究,并采用CFD仿真模拟进行方案验证。研究结果对货舱空调系统设计有一定的指导意义。
For some special goods,it is necessary to control the cargo hold(C/H)temperature during the transportation.It was assumed that the ambient temperature surrounding the cargo should not exceed 38℃.The ambient temperature in cargo hold should maintain below 38℃by ventilation or refrigeration with redundant design as required.The temperature control of cargo hold was investigated by introducing the calculation of heating and humidity load in C/H,the layout and design of chilling system and the air flow distribution in C/H.The final design of cargo hold air conditioning system was simulated and verified by CFD simulation.The results could be a guideline for the design of cargo hold air conditioning system.
