新修订档案法背景下企业档案工作探析

Analysis of Enterprise Archives Against the Background of Newly Revised Archives Law

新修订《中华人民共和国档案法》在2021年1月1日正式施行,对企业档案工作提出了新的要求。通过解析对企业档案方面工作新增及变更的主要内容,围绕企业加强档案工作人才队伍建设,贯彻新修订档案法的重点方向"档案信息化建设"和"档案安全管理"进行探讨。企业贯彻执行国家档案法是一项长期的重要工作,在做好人才培养的基础上,企业在档案工作方面还需跟上时代步伐,用新的网络数字化科技手段加强档案安全管理,提升档案的利用率和查阅的便利性。

The newly revised“Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China”was formally implemented on January 1,2021,bringing new requirements for enterprise archives work.Through analyzing the main content of the new and changed work of enterprise archives,the key directions of“archival information construction”and“archive safety management”were discussed around the enterprise’s strengthening of the construction of the archives work talent team and the implementation.The implementation of the National Archives Law by enterprises is a long-term important task.On the basis of training talents,enterprises still need to keep up with the times in their archives work,and use new network digital technology to strengthen archive safety management and improve the utilization of archives and the convenience of access.
