紫杉醇联合洛铂化疗方案对子宫颈癌患者血清HGF、VEGF、TSGF水平的影响

Effect of Paclitaxel Combined with Lobaplatin Chemotherapy on Serum HGF,VEGF and TSGF Levels in Patients with Cervical Cancer

目的:探讨子宫颈癌患者应用紫杉醇联合洛铂化疗方案对其血清肝细胞生长因子(HGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)水平的影响。方法:选取2018年7月-2020年3月本院收治的103例子宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为A组51例(紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗)与B组52例(紫杉醇联合洛铂化疗方案治疗)。两组均行子宫全切术。疗程结束后,对比两组临床疗效、HGF、VEGF、TSGF及毒副反应。结果:两组治疗总有效率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4个周期后,两组HGF、VEGF、TSGF水平较治疗前均降低,且B组均低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组消化道反应、白细胞下降人数均较A组少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫颈癌患者采取紫杉醇联合洛铂化疗治疗,能够有效降低HGF、VEGF、TSGF水平,抑制肿瘤生长,且毒副反应较轻,治疗具有一定安全性。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Paclitaxel combined with Lobaplatin chemotherapy on serum hepatocyte growth factor(HGF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and malignant tumor specific growth factor(TSGF)in patients with cervical cancer.Method:A total of 103 patients with cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into 51 cases in group A(Paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin treatment)and 52 cases in group B(Paclitaxel combined with Lobaplatin chemotherapy regimen).Both groups underwent total hysterectomy.After the course of treatment,the clinical efficacy,HGF,VEGF,TSGF,and side effects of two groups were compared.Result:There was no statistically significant difference between two groups in the total effective rate of treatment(P>0.05).After 4 cycles of treatment,the levels of HGF,VEGF,and TSGF in two groups decreased,and group B were lower than those of group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The numbers of gastrointestinal reaction and leukopenia in group B were less than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Paclitaxel combined with Lobaplatin chemotherapy for patients with cervical cancer can effectively reduce the levels of HGF,VEGF,and TSGF,inhibit tumor growth,and have mild side effects,the treatment has a certain degree of safety.
