LAMP法、ADA法在结核性胸膜炎诊断中的应用比较

Comparison of LAMP and ADA in the Diagnosis of Tuberculous Pleurisy

目的:为了更好地了解结核性胸膜炎在患者机体中的情况,本研究中使用LAMP法、ADA法对患者进行诊断,探讨其诊断价值。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年4月本院疑似结核性胸膜炎的患者80例,所有患者均实施LAMP法、ADA法检测。将临床诊断标准作为金标准,分析ADA法、LAMP法对结核性胸膜炎诊断情况,比较ADA法和LAMP法对结核性胸膜炎的诊断效能。结果:ADA法诊断结核性胸膜炎的准确率为81.25%,LAMP法诊断结核性胸膜炎的准确率为51.25%。ADA法诊断结核性胸膜炎的灵敏度为91.2%,高于LAMP法的44.1%(P<0.05)。ADA法诊断结核性胸膜炎的特异度为25.0%,低于LAMP法的91.7%(P<0.05)。结论:在结核性胸膜炎诊断中,LAMP法和ADA法的灵敏度和特异度之间具有一定的差异性,LAMP法可以有效地提高特异度,这种诊断方式可以有效地帮助医生提高对患者疾病的判断能力,制定准确并且有效的治疗方法,改善患者目前的状态,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective:In order to better understand the situation of tuberculous pleurisy in patients,LAMP and ADA were used to diagnose patients in this study and their diagnostic value was discussed.Method:A total of 80 patients with suspected tuberculous pleurisy in our hospital from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected.All patients were tested by LAMP and ADA.The clinical diagnostic criteria were taken as the gold standard,ADA and LAMP in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy were analyzed,and the diagnostic efficacy of ADA and LAMP in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy was compared.Result:The accuracy of ADA and LAMP in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy were 81.25%and 51.25%respectively.The sensitivity of ADA in the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy was 91.2%,which was higher than 44.1%of LAMP(P<0.05).The specificity of ADA in diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy was 25.0%,which was lower than 91.7%of LAMP(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy,there are some differences between the sensitivity and specificity of LAMP and ADA.LAMP can effectively improve the specificity.Therefore,this diagnostic method can effectively help doctors improve the judgment ability of patients’disease,formulate accurate and effective treatment methods,and improve the current state of patients,clinical application should be further promoted.
