揿针对癌症骨转移患者生活、睡眠及心理状况调控作用的临床效果研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Press Needle on Regulating Life,Sleep and Psychological State of Patients with Cancer Bone Metastasis

目的:分析揿针对癌症骨转移患者生活、睡眠及心理状况调控作用的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1-10月本院收治的118例癌症骨转移患者为研究对象,按照就诊顺序将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,奇数号为观察组,偶数号为对照组,各59例。对照组采用常规治疗及护理,观察组则在此基础上联合揿针治疗。比较两组患者生活质量、睡眠质量、心理状况。结果:治疗前,两组患者QOL、Karnofsky、Performance Status评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗15 d后,两组患者QOL、Karnofsky评分均显著提高,Performance Status评分均显著降低,且治疗15 d后,观察组患者QOL、Karnofsky、Performance Status评分均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。两组治疗前PSQI量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗15 d后,观察组PSQI量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗15 d后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:揿针治疗癌症骨转移患者可显著改善患者生活质量及睡眠质量,改善心理状况,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of press needle on the regulation of life,sleep and psychological status of patients with cancer bone metastasis.Method:A total of 118 patients with bone metastases from cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the order in which they went to see the doctor,the odd numbers were the observation group and the even numbers were the control group,59 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment and nursing,and the observation group was combined with press needle treatment on this basis.The quality of life,sleep quality,and psychological status of the two groups of patients were compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in QOL,Karnofsky,and Performance Status scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 15 d of treatment,the QOL and Karnofsky scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the Performance Status scores were both significant,after 15 d of treatment,QOL,Karnofsky,and Performance Status scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The PSQI scores before treatment between the two groups was not statistically different(P>0.05);after 15 d of treatment,the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups before treatment were not statistically different(P>0.05);after 15 d of treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of cancer patients with bone metastases by press needle can significantly improve the quality of life and sleep of patients,improve the psychological status of patients,worthy of promotion.
