摘要
目的:探究血清、子宫内膜组织血管活性物质及趋化因子与子宫内膜异位症疾病分期的关系。方法:选取2017年3月-2019年11月的80例子宫内膜异位症患者为观察组,同时期的80例子宫肌瘤手术患者为对照组。比较两组的血清及子宫内膜组织血管活性物质[血栓素B_(2)(TXB_(2))、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管紧张素-Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)]及趋化因子[活化T细胞趋化因子(RANTES)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)],并比较观察组中不同疾病分期者的检测结果,采用Spearman等级相关系数分析上述指标与子宫内膜异位症疾病分期的关系。结果:观察组的血清和子宫内膜组织TXB_(2)、ET-1、Ang-Ⅱ、RANTES及MCP-1均高于对照组,且观察组中不同疾病分期者的检测结果比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Spearman等级相关系数分析显示,上述指标均与子宫内膜异位症疾病分期均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清、子宫内膜组织血管活性物质及趋化因子与子宫内膜异位症疾病分期的关系密切,因此具有较高的检测价值。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum and endometrial tissue vasoactive substance,chemokines and disease stages of endometriosis.Method:A total of 80 endometriosis patients from March 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 80 uterine myoma patients during the same period were selected as the control group.The vasoactive substances in serum and endometrial tissues[thromboxane B2(TXB2),endothelin-1(ET-1),angiotensin-Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)]and chemokines[RANTES,monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)]were compared between the two groups,the test results of patients with different disease stages in the observation group were compared,Spearman rank correlation coefficient was used to analyze the relationship between the above indexes and the disease stage of endometriosis.Result:The levels of TXB2,ET-1,Ang-Ⅱ,RANTES and MCP-1 in serum and endometrial tissues of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the test results of patients with different disease stages in the observation group were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Spearman rank correlation coefficient analysis showed that the above indexes were positively correlated with the disease stage of endometriosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum,endometrium tissue vasoactive substances and chemokines are closely related to the stage of endometriosis,so it has high detection value.
