Research Progress of ANKRD1

锚蛋白重复结构域1(ANKRD1)也被称为心肌锚定重复序列蛋白(CARP),由ANKRD1编码,是一种应激反应蛋白,为细胞质中的重要组成部分,而且是细胞核转录的重要辅助因子。其在细胞的表达水平,定位甚至病理应激类型不同,可发挥不同的功能。CARP作为肌肉锚蛋白重复蛋白家族的一员,在各种心脏疾病中高表达,但其发挥作用的机制及对相关病理生理学仍不清楚。本文从ANKRD1的结构及其在心脏疾病中的作用进行阐述。

ANKRD1 also known as cardiac anchored repeat protein(CARP),is a stress response protein encoded by ANKRD1,ANKRD1 is an important component of cytoplasm and an important cofactor of nuclear transcription.The expression level,location and even pathological stress type of cells are different,which can play different functions.As a member of ankyrin repeat protein family,CARP is highly expressed in various heart diseases,but its mechanism and pathophysiology are still unclear.Here we describe the structure of ANKRD1 and its role in heart disease.
