摘要
肌松药作为全身麻醉中重要的辅助用药,在临床中广泛使用。临床研究表明,肌松药在不同群体和相同群体不同个体间呈现出显著差异,并可能导致潜在的药物使用不当隐患。药物基因组学领域研究的巨大进步使我们发现了一些重要的单核苷酸多态性。这些基因多态性与肌松药的药代动力学和药效动力学密切相关,并科学地解释了肌松药在临床应用中的个体间差异机制。其中,包括了药物的吸收、转运、药物作用机制、相关的受体、代谢酶、以及药物排除等多个方面。在精准医学时代,肌松药的药物基因组学研究,有助于麻醉科医师为患者提供个体化、精准的肌松需求。
Muscle relaxants,as an important adjunctive drug in general anesthesia,are widely used in clinic.Clinical observation showed that muscle relaxants had significant differences among different populations and/or different individuals in the same population,and caused potential drug use problems.Great advances in pharmacogenomics have led to the discovery of some important single nucleotide polymorphisms.which are closely related to the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of muscle relaxants and scientifically explain individual differences in clinical application of muscle relaxants.It includes drug absorption,transport,mechanism of action,receptor,metabolic enzyme,and drug elimination.In the era of precision medicine,pharmacogenomics studies of muscle relaxants are helpful for anesthesiologists to provide patients with individualized and accurate muscle relaxants.
