Research on the Synergy Mechanism with Public Opinion Guidance in the Perspective of Modernization of National Governance

创新舆论引导机制,是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的客观需要和必然要求。多元共治、多元协同的治理理念为研究当前的舆论引导工作提供了宏观层面的新视角。基于协同治理的理论视域,建议进一步创新舆论引导协同机制的实践路径,创新思维模式、明确协同方向,扩充管理空间、激发协同活力,理顺引导机制、畅通协同路径,建立多元共治的舆论引导协同机制,为推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化提供强大舆论支持,打造坚实舆论阵地。

Innovating the public opinion guidance mechanism is an objective need and an inevitable requirement for advancing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.The collaborative governance concept of multiple co-governance and multiple coordination provides a new macro-level perspective for the study of the current public opinion guidance.Based on the in-depth analysis of typical cases,this paper suggests the practice path for further improving the synergy mechanism with public opinion guidance,innovating modes of thinking,defining the synergy direction,expanding management space,stimulating synergy vitality,straightening out the path for guidance mechanism and smooth synergy,setting up the synergy mechanism of multiple co-governance with public opinion guidance,providing strong public opinion support to push forward the modernization of national governance system and capabilities,and constructing a solid public opinion front.
