摘要
针对人工智能新创企业云从科技快速成长的典型案例,运用扎根理论提炼其通过战略创业实现跨越式发展的过程及机理,结果显示:①新创企业战略创业包括机会识别、机会开发和资源整合三部分,是企业在高度不确定环境下基于核心能力的“目标-手段”动态匹配和循环互动过程;②基于合作创新的外部拼凑是新创企业突破资源束缚、增强双元能力的重要手段,它以横向和纵向资源平衡模式为新创企业同步谋求竞争优势和成长机会提供了可能;③选择与自身优势相匹配的市场入口,搜寻机会,并进行相应的组织架构设计以捕获机会是新创企业实现跨越式发展的基础,而由战略创业驱动的生态圈建设是企业增强竞争优势、实现跨越式发展的关键;④战略创业推动新创企业跨越式发展历经“点(入口选择、架构设计)→线(合作创新)→面(构建产业闭环、制订整体解决方案)→体(构筑生态圈)”四大阶段,它们相互关联,构成新创企业跨越式发展的内在机制。上述发现可为新创企业运用战略创业谋求快速成长的实践提供思路。
Aiming at the typical case of the rapid growth of Cloud Walk Technology,an artificial intelligence startup,this paper uses the grounded theory is used to refine its process and mechanism of achieving leapfrog development through strategic entrepreneurship.The results show that:①The strategic entrepreneurship of new ventures includes three parts:Opportunity identification,opportunity development and resource integration.It is a dynamic matching and cyclical interaction process of“target-means”based on core capabilities of enterprises in a highly uncertain environment.②The external resource bricolage based on cooperative innovation is an important way for new startups to break through the constraints of resources and enhance dual capabilities.It provides the possibility for startups to simultaneously seek competitive advantages and growth opportunities through a horizontal and vertical resource balance model.③Choosing a market entry that matches its own advantages,searching for opportunities,and designing the corresponding organizational structure to capture opportunities is the basis for new ventures to achieve leap-forward development,and the construction of an ecosystem driven by strategic entrepreneurship is key for companies to enhance their competitive advantages and achieve leapfrog development.④Strategic entrepreneurship promoting leapfrog development of startups witnesses four major stages of“point(entry selection,architecture design)”,“line(cooperative innovation)”,“surface(building industry closed loop,overall solution)”and“body(building an ecosystem)”.The four major stages are interrelated and constitute the internal mechanism for the leap-forward development of startups.The above findings can provide ideas for new ventures to use strategic entrepreneurship to break through the disadvantages of new ventures and seek a rapid growth.
