创业者创业激情影响机会识别的内在机理——基于过程视角的多案例分析

The Inner Mechanism of Entrepreneurial Passion on Opportunity Recognition:A Multiple-case Study Based on the Process Perspective

创业激情是驱动创业者识别机会的重要诱因。以往从单一维度或视角出发的研究,未能在有效揭示机会识别过程演化的基础上阐释创业激情对其诱发与驱动作用机制。本文通过对六个机会识别单元的案例分析,基于过程视角构建机会识别过程路径,明晰创业激情影响机会识别的内在机理。研究表明:机会识别是围绕“手段-目的”关系展开、涵盖构思生成与构思孵化的动态演化过程;创业激情一方面基于目标认知产生行为倾向驱动对手段或目的识别,另一方面通过调动个体能动性强化认知力与行动力提升识别效果;创业激情诱发创业者生成创业构思,并通过衔接作用推动对构思的持续孵化。本研究有助于拓展创业激情与机会识别的相关理论,也可为创业者识别机会提供实践参考。

Entrepreneurial passion is an important incentive for entrepreneurs to engage in entrepreneurial activities.Previous studies on the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and opportunity recognition are mostly limited to a single perspective or dimension,which makes the inner mechanism about how entrepreneurial passion induces entrepreneurs to initiate opportunity recognition and promote continuous evolution of the process less explored.Meanwhile,the evolution path of opportunity recognition process remains in its infancy.Therefore,this study uses an exploratory multi-case study to illustrate the internal mechanism from the process perspective.The results show that opportunity recognition covers the evolutionary process of idea generation to idea incubation which aims to establish the new feasible“means-ends”relationship.The influence of entrepreneurial passion on opportunity recognition includes the driving effect on behaviors based on target cognition and the reinforcement effect on cognitive and behavioral abilities through individual initiative mobilization.Furthermore,entrepreneurial passion helps inducing entrepreneurs to generate ideas,and promoting further incubation behaviors.The study can expand the research related to entrepreneurial passion and opportunity recognition,and provide some practical implications for entrepreneurs.
