摘要
对长沙市湘江东岸防洪综合改造工程项目(一期第一标段)钢板桩围堰施工质量的影响因素进行分析,确定“设备性能不足”和“锁口未抹黄油混合物油膏”为主要因素,制定并实施“对设备性能要求进行计算和复核,明确具体采用的设备型号,并进行现场试打,确定最优钢板桩围堰专项施工方案”和“进行技术交底,安排专人进行抹黄油混合物油膏作业,并及时记录”的对策。结果表明,采取改进措施后提高了钢板桩围堰施工质量一次验收合格率,缩短了施工工期。
This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the construction quality of steel sheet pile cofferdam in the east bank flood control comprehensive reconstruction project of Xiangjiang River in Changsha City(the first bid section of phase I).The main factors are determined as“insufficient equipment performance”and“not smeared with butter mixture ointment at the lock”.The“calculation and review of equipment performance requirements”is formulated and implemented,and the specific equipment model is determined,and the on-site trial driving is carried out to ensure the construction quality The Countermeasures of“determining the best special construction scheme of steel sheet pile cofferdam”and“carrying out technical disclosure,arranging special personnel to carry out the operation of plastering grease mixture,and recording in time”are put forward.The results show that after the improvement measures,the first acceptance rate of steel sheet pile cofferdam construction quality is improved,and the construction period is shortened.
