浅析南水北调水资源在安阳市的综合利用

Analysis on comprehensive utilization of water resources of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project in Anyang City

南水北调工程是实施我国水资源优化配置,改变南涝北旱和北方地区水资源严重短缺局面的跨世纪重大战略工程,对有效缓解北京、天津乃至整个华北地区的水资源危机,提高城市供水保证率,改善城市水生态、水环境,保证经济社会可持续发展具有重要意义。本文对如何高效利用南水北调水,提升南水北调中线工程供水效益,解决安阳市利用南水北调水量占比远远低于分配水量的问题进行了分析思考,并提出了相应的对策、建议。

The South-to-North Water Transfer Project is a cross-century strategic project to implement the optimal allocation of water resources in China and change the severe shortage of water resources in the north and south.It is of great significance to effectively alleviate the water resources crisis in Beijing,Tianjin and even the whole North China,improve the urban water supply guarantee rate,improve the urban water ecology and water environment,and ensure sustainable economic and social development.In this paper,how to make efficient use of water from the South-to-North Water Transfer Project,improve the water supply benefit of the Middle Route Project of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project,and solve the problem that the proportion of water from the South-to-North Water Transfer Project in Anyang City is far lower than the allocated water,are analyzed and considered,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
