回转式清污技术在台儿庄泵站中的科学创新应用 被引量:1

摘要 台儿庄泵站耙斗往复式清污设备在运行中难以满足实际清污的需要,制约着泵站的安全运行。为改善该现象,台儿庄泵站维持现有的混凝土建基础不变,将现有耙斗往复式清污设备技改为回转式清污设备。本文对该技术的改造过程和应用进行系统性总结和讨论,以期为其他泵站清污设备技改时提供借鉴。 The scraper reciprocating cleaning equipment of Taierzhuang Pumping Station can not meet the actual needs of cleaning,which restricts the safe operation of the pumping station.In order to improve this phenomenon,Tai’erzhuang Pumping Station,based on the existing concrete foundation,changed the existing scraper reciprocating cleaning equipment into rotary cleaning equipment.In this paper,the transformation process and application of this technology are systematically summarized and discussed,in order to provide reference for the technical transformation of sewage disposal equipment in other pumping stations.
