为加强南水北调宿迁尾水导流工程建成后的运行管理工作,帮助指导管理人员制定科学有效的管理方案,本文详细阐述了该工程的水质监测措施和管理方案,同时分析了影响排放尾水水质的潜在风险因素,并提出了有效的预防和应急措施。这些措施的实施可提高工程的运行管理水平,提升工程的经济效益和社会环境效益,并为今后工程监控管理提供依据。

The water quality monitoring measures and management schemes of the project are described in detail in the paper in order to strengthen the operation management work after the completion of Suqian tail water diversion project in South-to-North Water Diversion Project,and help and guide managers to formulate scientific and effective management scheme.Meanwhile,the potential risk factors affecting the discharge of tail water water quality are analyzed.Effective preventive and emergency measures are proposed.The implementation of these measures can improve the operation and management level of the project,enhance the economic benefits and social environmental benefits of the project,and provide the basis for the project monitoring and management in the future.
