摘要
2016年3月,引汉济渭工程秦岭隧洞七号洞上游段掌子面K68+984突发特大涌水,经论证,对突发大涌水段采用全断面帷幕注浆方案堵水。施工前对采用的注浆施工工艺、注浆参数等进行现场试验,试验结果表明:封堵涌水效果较好,施工工艺和参数可行。该试验研究为下一步注浆作业提供了准确、充分的试验结论和成果建议,确保了高压富水区施工安全、快速进行,对后续类似条件下帷幕注浆施工具有一定的参考价值。
The full-section curtain grouting was used to stop water in the sudden flooding section in March of 2016 in response to the sudden flooding of the K68+984 in the upper section of the No.7 hole of Qinling Mountain water conveyance tunnel for Hanjiang-to-Weihe River Valley Water Diversion Project according to the verification.The adopted grouting construction technology,grouting parameters and other aspects undergo the field test before construction.The test results show that the water blocking effect for flooding is excellent.The construction process and parameters are feasible.The test study provides accurate and sufficient test conclusion and achievement suggestions for the next grouting operation,thereby ensuring safe and fast passage through high pressure water-rich areas.It has certain reference value for curtain grouting construction under similar conditions subsequently.
