摘要
受混凝土水化热温升、环境温度、浇筑温控及养护措施不到位、浇筑层间间歇时间过长等原因影响,朱昌河水库大坝坝体混凝土浇筑过程中不同程度地出现了一些裂缝。根据裂缝开裂程度及裂缝部位防渗要求,分别采用了表面处理、水泥灌浆封堵及化学灌浆封堵等封堵补强措施,有效地提高了坝体的整体性和防渗效果,为坝体蓄水后的安全运行提供了充分保障。
Some cracks of different degrees appear in the concrete pouring process of Zhuchanghe Reservoir Dam due to the influence of concrete hydration heat temperature rise,environmental temperature,pouring temperature control,insufficient maintenance measures,too long interval time between pouring layers and other reasons.The sealing and reinforcing measures such as surface treatment,cement grouting sealing,chemical grouting sealing,etc.are adopted respectively according to the cracking degree and the anti-seepage requirements in the crack position,thereby effectively improving the integrity and anti-seepage effect of the dam,and providing sufficient guarantee for the safe operation of the dam after impoundment.
