安徽省新安江流域主要控制断面目标生态水量分析

Analysis of target ecological water quantity of main control sections inXin’ an jiang River Basin, Anhui Province

本文在安徽省新安江流域范围内生态敏感对象及生态保护对象的基本资料的基础上,综合考虑新安江流域主要控制断面所在河道生态敏感对象及保护要求,分析断面的目标生态需水量及敏感期生态环境用水需求,评价各断面目标生态需水量和敏感期生态环境用水量的可达性。本文旨在为保护新安江河流生态、协调河流生态环境功能与社会服务功能以及流域生态水量调度提供技术依据。

On the basis of the basic data of ecologically sensitive objects D and ecologically protected objects in Xin’an River Basin,Anhui Province,and considering the ecologically sensitive objects and protection requirements of the main control sections in Xin’an River Basin,the target ecological water demand and ecological environment water demand in sensitive period are analyzed,and the accessibility of target ecological water demand and ecological environment water demand in sensitive period of each section is evaluated.The purpose of this paper is to provide technical basis for protecting the river ecology of Xin’an River,coordinating the ecological environment function and social service function of the river,and dispatching ecological water quantity in the basin.
