摘要
2020年梅雨期间,太湖流域连续遭遇10轮强降雨,流域梅雨量583.8mm,为多年平均梅雨量的2.42倍,太湖发生流域性大洪水,大运河全线和太湖均超过警戒水位。7月21日,太湖最高水位达4.79m(保证水位4.65m),位列历史第4位,防汛抗洪形势十分严峻。本文对本次太湖流域性洪水进行回顾分析,总结存在的问题,并提出建议,为今后太湖流域防汛工作提供经验。
During the plum rains in 2020,the Taihu Lake Basin suffered 10 consecutive rounds of heavy rainfall,with the amount of plum rains in the basin being 583.8mm,which was 2.42 times of the average amount of plum rains for many years.The Taihu Lake suffered a basin flood,and the whole Grand Canal and Taihu Lake exceeded the warning water level.On July 21st,the highest water level of Taihu Lake reached 4.79m(guaranteed water level was 4.65m),ranking fourth in history,and the flood control situation was very severe.This paper reviews and analyzes the flood in Taihu Lake Basin,summarizes the existing problems,and puts forward suggestions,providing experience for flood control work in Taihu Lake Basin in the future.
