医院临床大数据管理平台的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Hospital Clinical Big Data Management Platform

本文从医院临床数据的角度出发,进行了医院临床大数据管理平台的应用实现研究,针对医院多元异构的数据来源,设计了一套可以容纳和管理绝大多数临床数据的应用系统,能够实现临床数据的统一管理、统一查看和统一应用。系统通过设计和实现,在某三甲医院进行了实际使用和验证,证明该系统能较好地解决多元异构环境下的临床数据统一使用问题。

From the perspective of hospital clinical data,this paper studies the application and realization of hospital clinical big data management platform.Aiming at the multiple and heterogeneous data sources in hospitals,this paper designs an application system that can accommodate and manage the vast majority of clinical data,so as to realize the unified management,unified view and unified application of clinical data.Through the design and implementation of the system,it has been used and verified in a third-class hospital,which shows that the system can solve the problem of unified use of clinical data in multi-heterogeneous environment.
