Design and Applications of Training and Assessment Platform for Crime Scene Investigation

现场勘查是刑事侦查工作中的起点和重要环节,既可作为立案审查手段,又可作为侦查手段。新形势下,我国日趋多样化的犯罪形式和手段提高了现场勘查的工作难度,导致当前现场勘查工作无法适应时代的发展,出现了一系列的问题。公安实战部门在刑事技术、民警考核及培训工作中提出,急需一个集犯罪现场勘查模拟训练、考核于一体的综合训练平台。笔者结合现勘理论与公安实战需求综合提出平台的总体构想,形成产品研发方案。

As the beginning and essential part of criminal investigation,crime scene investigation can be used as a means of filing a case for review as well as a means of investigation.Under new circumstance,the difficulties of on-site investigation have been raised due to increasing diversified criminal forms and methods.As a result,the current on-site investigation cannot adapt to the development of the times,and a series of problems have appeared accordingly.In the work of criminal technology,police assessment and training,the police actual combat department put forward the urgent need for a comprehensive training platform that integrates crime scene investigation simulation training,assessment.Based on the investigation of the front line of public security,combined with the current exploration theory and the actual demand of public security,this paper puts forward the overall idea of the platform and forms the product development plan.
