Traditional customer experience questionnaire can not meet the needs of financial industry to have insight into customers and quickly perceive customer experience.With the acceleration of digital transformation,the demand of digital customer experience monitoring is becoming more and more urgent.To establish a perfect customer experience monitoring index system and monitoring platform will help the financial industry focus on customer experience,and create real quantifiable value for enterprises by continuously optimizing and improving customer experience.
