摘要
针对传统手术室人工配送服务存在配送时间长、差错率高、医护满意度差等问题,笔者讨论了人工智能技术在手术室配送服务中的应用,首先对人工智能配送服务的配送组件进行阐述,随后对其流程进行梳理,最后根据对比试验从手术器械领用时间、手术器械配送差错率、医护人员配送工作满意度3个方面进行对比,结果显示人工智能技术优于人工配送。
According to the traditional operating room manual distribution service delivery time is long,high error rate,poor health care satisfaction problem,the author discussed the distribution services,the application of artificial intelligence technology in the operating room in the first place on the distribution component of artificial intelligence and distribution services,then the carding process,according to the contrast test,The artificial distribution and artificial intelligence distribution were compared in three aspects:the receiving time of surgical instruments,the distribution error rate of surgical instruments,and the satisfaction of medical staff in the distribution work.The results showed that artificial intelligence technology was better than artificial distribution in the operating room.
