基于丙烯酸酯类高吸油树脂的复合涂层制备及其性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以甲基丙酸酸十六烷基酯、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯为聚合单体,采用悬浮聚合的方法合成了一种丙烯酸酯类高吸油树脂,并制备了吸油树脂/聚氨酯复合涂层,考察了不同单体配比对吸油树脂吸油倍率及复合涂层力学性能和修复性能的影响,结果表明当单体配比为m(HMA):m(BA):m(St)=10:1:1时,吸油树脂对柴油的吸附倍率最高,饱和吸附倍率为14.36 g/g;高吸油树脂对柴油具有较优的保留率,4000 r/min,离心5 min,离心保留率为81.49%,循环使用8次后对柴油饱和吸附倍率仍大于12 g/g;添加高吸油树脂的聚氨酯复合涂层具有良好的修复性能。 A high oil absorption acrylic resin was synthesized by suspension polymerization with hexadecyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate and styrene as polymerization monomers.The oil-absorbing resin/polyurethane composite coatings were prepared.The effect of different monomer ratios on the oil-absorbing resin’s oil absorption rate and composite coatings’mechanical property and repairability was studied.The results showed that the oil-absorption property of the resin was the best when the monomer ratio was m(HMA)∶m(BA)∶m(St)=10∶1∶1,and the saturation adsorption rate was 14.36g/g;the high oil absorption resin had a better diesel retaining rate:after centrifugation for 5 min at 4000 rpm,the retaining rate was 81.49%.After 8 cycles,the diesel saturation adsorption rate was still more than 12 g/g.The polyurethane composite coatings added with high oil absorption resin have good repairability.
