无溶剂环氧防腐涂料的制造及其性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以低分子量液态环氧树脂为主成膜物质,加入活性稀释剂、颜填料与助剂,制备并考察了无溶剂环氧防腐涂料的组成与综合性能的关系。研究发现:活性稀释剂的稀释能力随着其官能团数量的增大而减小。4种活性稀释剂的稀释能力排序为:XY501>AGE>XY207>XY636;活性稀释剂用量在0~25%(质量分数,后同)范围内,随着活性稀释剂用量的增加,涂膜的干燥时间越来越长;硬度和柔韧性呈现先增大后减小的变化,在15%时性能最佳;而抗冲击性则在15%~20%时达到最大值。而使用自制改性酚醛胺固化剂更适合于无溶剂环氧涂料体系,其黏度低,可在低温下反应,反应交联度高,有较高的防腐蚀能力。 The relationship between the composition and comprehensive properties of solvent-free epoxy anticorrosive coatings prepared with low molecular weight liquid epoxy resin as the main film forming material and active diluents,pigments,fillers and additives was studied.The study found:the dilution ability of active diluent decreases as the number of functional groups increases.The order of the dilution ability of the four active diluents is:XY501>AGE>XY207>XY636;when the amount of active diluent is in the range of 0 to 25%,as the amount of active diluent increases,the film drying time becomes longer;the hardness and flexibility first increase and then decrease and are the best when the amount is 15%;the impact resistance reaches its maximum when the amount is 15%to 20%.The self-made modified phenalkamine curing agent is more suitable for solvent-free epoxy coatings systems.It has low viscosity,can react at low temperature,has a high reaction cross-linking degree and has high corrosion resistance.
