金融扶贫政策有效性研究——基于陕西抽样调查分析

The Effect of Financial Measures for Alleviating Poverty

2020年是我国脱贫攻坚战收官之年,对金融扶贫政策执行效果进行分析研究,对于下一阶段推动乡村振兴、巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果具有重要现实意义。本文通过文献梳理,并对陕西金融扶贫各方主体进行问卷抽样调查分析,发现陕西金融扶贫政策执行取得了明显成效,建议推进农村金融教育和信用体系建设,加强对扶贫小额信贷的管理和用途指导,加大对涉农企业的政策扶持力度。

The year of 2020 marks the most significant time of alleviating the poverty,hence we have studied the policy effect of financial measures to address this issue and this paper will be considerable valuable for us to step up the effort of consolidating the poverty combat.Through reviewing literature and conducting the simpling survey of all parties involved in,the study shows that the financial policy has a remarkable achievement in terms of tackling poverty in Shaanxi Province.Based on the survey,we also have concluded the policy demands of all different parties in fighting poverty,and therefore suggest promoting the the financial education and credit system in rural area,enhancing the guidance on management and use of rural small loans,and improving the policy effort of supporting agribusiness.
