摘要
基于总承包方视角,分析EPC项目建设阶段成本精细化管理的现实意义,成本管理范畴、关键节点等,提出EPC项目建设阶段成本精细化管理措施,包括加强制度建设、做好成本计划管理、加强项目整体化和精准化管控、抓好材料的招采与使用管理等,以期为同业提供参考。
Based on the perspective of the general contractor,this paper analyzes the practical significance,cost management scope,key nodes of EPC project construction stage cost refined management.Puts forward the cost refined management measures in the EPC project construction stage,including strengthening the system construction,doing well in the cost planning management,strengthening the integrated and precise control of the project,and paying attention to the recruitment and use management of materials,so as to provide reference for the industry.
