工程总承包模式的里程碑支付节点分析

Analysis of Milestone Payment Nodes of General Engineering Contracting Model

我国低信任度的社会环境与项目单纯按形象进度而不计算工程量的支付类型之间的不匹配导致了工程总承包模式支付效率不高。针对总承包模式下里程碑支付节点的设置问题,综合分析影响里程碑支付节点设置的相关因素,随后采用层次分析法计算出影响因素所占的权重,以期帮助业主对项目支付过程进行强监督还是弱化监管进行决策。

The mismatch between China’s low-trust social environment and the payment type of the project based solely on the image progress without calculating the amount of work has led to the inefficiency of the payment to the general contracting model of the project.Considering the problem of setting milestone payment nodes under the general contracting model,this paper comprehensively analyzes the relevant factors affecting the setting of milestone payment nodes,and then uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of the influencing factors,in order to help the owners make a decision on whether to strengthen or weaken the supervision of the project payment process.
