The cost control of building engineering plays a role on the whole process of construction,there fore it’s necessary to master the key points of cost control at each stage of construction for making the building engineering cost be controlled comprehensively and effectively.This paper analyzes the key points of cost control in five stages of construction project decision-making,design,bidding,construction,completion and acceptance.Taking a project as an example,this paper introduces the concrete cost control measures adopted by the construction unit in each stage,hoping to be helpful to the whole process cost control of other similar construction projects.
