变速永磁同步发电机系统稳压控制(连载之二)电机优化设计原则及实现

摘要 以多电飞机系统中的270V直流电能系统为例,建立基于PWM整流器的变速永磁同步发电机系统模型,分析并提出了适用于所研究系统的变速永磁同步发电机应具备的特性(如弱磁能力强、短路电流小等)及其设计原则,使用有限元分析法设计样机,制作样机并搭建了基于dSPACE的测试平台。 Taking a 270VDC power system in more electric aircraft as an example,a variable-speed permanent magnet synchronous generator system based on PWM rectifier was built.The machine design criteria including strong field-weakening ability and low short-circuit current was analyzed and introduced,according to which a prototype was designed with FEM and manufactured,and further a test bench based on dSPACE was built.
