永磁辅助静压空气轴承及其仿真研究

摘要 轴承是电机等旋转机械中的关键部件。静压空气悬浮轴承通过高压空气实现转子的支撑,具有高精度、长寿命等优点,但产生高压空气需要一定的功耗;永磁悬浮轴承则通过磁力实现转子支撑,结构简单、成本低、无功耗,但是可控性差。本文提出一种径向载荷的永磁辅助静压空气轴承结构,结合了二者的优点。利用电磁场和流体场有限元分析方法对磁浮轴承和静压空气轴承进行建模与分析,证明该轴承能够提高气浮轴承的承载力和承载刚度,减小耗气量。 Bearing is a vital component in electrical machines and other rotating equipment.Aerostatic bearings use high-pressure gas to levitate the rotor,owning advantages of high accuracyand long life,but suffering from energy consumption for producing the high-pressure gas.Permanent magnetic(PM)bearings use magnetic force to achieve suspension,having simple structure and low cost,but little controllability.A new radial-load PM-assisted aerostatic bearing was proposed inthispaper,with synergies of the two bearing structures.Finite element model with electromagnetic field and fluid field was established so as to analyze the performance of the proposed magnetic-gas hybrid bearing,showing that it can help to improve the loadcapacityand bearing stiffness,and reduce the air consumption.
