摘要
磁通反向电机是一种结合了永磁电机和开关磁阻电机优点的新型电机,其结构简单、具有较高的效率。但是,由于电机的永磁磁场恒定,磁场调节十分困难,为了解决这个问题,本文将混合励磁技术引入到磁通反向电机中,创新性地提出了一种磁通型反向混合励磁电机,该电机在继承原电机的优点的同时,还能通过磁场调节实现转矩调节。本文通过仿真软件建立了磁通反向型混合励磁电机有限元模型,分析了其电磁性能。结果表明该电机具备较好的磁场调节能力,在工业发展中具有广阔的应用前景。
The flux reversal machine(FRM)is a new type of machine which combines the advantages of permanent-magnet(PM)machine and switched reluctance machine(SRM),which has simple structure and high efficiency.However,due to the constant PM field of FRM,it is difficult to adjust the magnetic field.To solve this problem,this paper introduced the hybrid excitation technology into FRM,and proposed a novel flux reversal hybrid-excited machine(FRHEM).While inheriting the advantages of the original machine,the FRHEM can also realizes the torque regulation function through magnetic field adjustment.In this paper,the finite element analysis model of the FRHEM was established,and its electromagnetic performance was analyzed.The result show that the FRHEM has a great magnetic field adjustment ability,which has a broad application prospect in the industrial field.
