改性纤维素接枝聚丙烯增容补强PP/EPR共混体系 被引量:1

Compatibilization and Reinforcement of PP/EPR Blends with Modified Cellulose Grafted Polypropylene

摘要 本文采用溶液接枝方法制备了甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)聚丙烯(PP)接枝共聚物,并使用γ―氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)对纤维素(CELL)表面进行改性,然后通过熔融共混技术得到CELL-g-PP接枝共聚物,并对PP/EPR/CELL-g-PP共混物的力学性能、形态结构进行了分析检测,结果显示:当CELL-g-PP添加量达到8 wt%时,PP/EPR/CELL-g-PP共混物的力学性能得到显著提升,CELL-g-PP的引入显著改善了分散相EPR在PP基体中的分散效果,PP-g-CELL对于PP/EPR二元共混体系确实具有增容补强作用。 In this paper,glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)grafted polypropylene andγ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550)grafted cellulose were synthesized by solution grafting.The two macromolecules were linked by Haake torque rheometer,and the products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The blends were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),notchless impact test,tensile and bending tests,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that the mechanical properties of PP/EPR blends were significantly improved when the content of compatibilizer(pp-g-cell)reached 8wt%.The addition of pp-g-cell also significantly improved the crystallization of PP and the dispersion of EPR in the blends.Therefore,pp-g-cell can play a role in compatibilizing PP/EPR blends.
