摘要
提高制造业企业的创新产出对我国经济社会可持续发展具有重要意义。本文以陕西省制造业沪深上市A股企业为样本,基于企业资源视角,采用模糊集定性比较分析法剖析基础资源、人力资源、财力资源、外部资源和资源柔性五种资源因素组合对创新产出影响的组态效应。研究表明,存在两种提高企业创新产出的资源组合,外部资源在其中始终发挥核心作用,不同资源要素间存在复杂的替代效应或互补效应,据此提出增加企业创新产出的建议。
Improving the innovation output of manufacturing enterprises is of strategic significance to the sustainable development of China's economy and society.Based on the perspective of enterprise resources,this paper adopts fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to analyze the configuration effect of five resource factors combination on in‐novation output,including basic resources,human resources,financial resources,external resources and resource flexibility.The research shows that there are two kinds of resource combinations to improve the innovation output of enterprises,in which external resources always play a core role,and there are complex substitution effect or complementary effect be‐tween different resource elements.
