摘要
PRP是一种血小板浓缩物,由于PRP来源方便,无免疫排斥,制作简单且尚未有文献报道会导致组织癌变或瘤变,所以已经被广泛应用于多个领域。近年来,PRP中白细胞浓度的不同对临床使用效果的影响被许多学者关注,而制备出低浓度白细胞的P-PRP是研究这一问题的关键条件,PRP根据白细胞浓度可以分为白细胞浓度较高的富白细胞PRP(Leukocyte and platelet-rich plasma,L-PRP)以及白细胞浓度较低的乏白细胞PRP(pure platelet-rich plasma,P-PRP)。当下,关于P-PRP的制备国际上还没有标准化的统一方案,现就P-PRP的制备方案研究进展做一综述。
PRP is a kind of platelet concentrate,which has been widely used in many fields because of its convenient source,no immune rejection,simple preparation and no literature report that it can cause cancer or tumor.In recent years,many scholars have paid attention to the effect of different leukocyte concentrations in PRP on its clinical use,and preparing P-PRP with low leukocyte concentration is the key condition to study this problem.According to the leukocyte concentration,PRP can be divided into leukocyte-rich PRP(L-PRP)with higher leukocyte concentration and leukocyte-poor PRP(P-PRP)with lower leukocyte concentration At present,there is no standardized and unified scheme for the preparation of P-PRP in the world.This paper reviews the research progress of the preparation scheme of P-PRP.
