精密角接触球轴承安装方式及其对轴承性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了精密机床主轴轴承液压、机械压力、套筒压力、电磁加热安装方式的特点,基于套筒压力安装的原理,提出了一种高速精密角接触球轴承预压式安装方式。并以H7010C/HQ1P4A陶瓷球角接触球轴承和H7010C/P4A全钢角接触球轴承为例,对比分析了套筒压力、电磁加热及预压式安装对轴承旋转精度、振动精度及整机性能的影响,结果表明:套筒压力安装法的轴承旋转精度、振动精度损伤均较大,主机振动速度、加速度较大;预压式和电磁加热安装效果较好,前者由于便携,成本低,更适合实际生产应用。 The characteristics of hydraulic pressure,mechanical pressure,sleeve pressure,electromagnetic heating installation methods for precision machine tool spindle bearings are introduced.According to principle of sleeve pressure installation,a preload installation method is proposed for high-speed precision angular contact ball bearings.Taking H7010C/HQ1P4A ceramic ball angular contact ball bearings and H7010C/P4A all-steel angular contact ball bearings as examples,the effects of sleeve pressure,electromagnetic heating and preload installation on running accuracy,vibration accuracy of the bearings and overall performance of main engine are analyzed comparatively.The results show that:the running accuracy and vibration level of the bearings are more damaged when using sleeve pressure installation method,and the vibration speed and acceleration of main engine are greater;the preload and electromagnetic heating installation effects are better,and the former is more suitable for practical use due to its portability and low cost.
