ICU病人早期康复运动安全评估量表的构建及信效度检验

Construction and reliability and validity test of Early Rehabilitation Exercise Safety Assessment Scale for ICU patients

目的:构建适合重症监护室(ICU)病人早期康复运动的安全评估量表,并检验其信效度。方法:采用文献调研法、半结构访谈和小组讨论的方法构建初始量表,并通过德尔菲专家函询对初始量表的指标进行增减、修改、评价和内容效度检测,形成预评估量表。选取南通市某三级甲等医院98名护士使用该量表对98例病人早期运动进行安全评估,测定量表的信效度。结果:最终量表由5个一级指标和18个二级指标组成。总量表的内容效度比值是0.970;因子分析提取6个公因子,能解释67.266%的变异量,因根据6个公因子将条目分类后无法合理命名,继续按照原有5个一级指标的维度进行分类,5个维度间相关系数为0.204~0.778,各维度与总分间的相关系数为0.666~0.908;总量表Cronbach′sα系数为0.817。结论:构建的ICU病人早期康复运动安全评估量表具有较好的信效度,可作为ICU病人早期康复运动前安全项目的测评工具。

Objective:To construct a safety assessment scale for early rehabilitation exercise of patients in intensive care unit(ICU),and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:Literature review analysis,semi-structured qualitative interview and group discussion were used to construct the initial scale,And Delphi expert letters were used to increase,decrease,modify,evaluate and test the content validity of the initial scale in order to form the pre-evaluation scale.A total of 98 nurses in a tertiary A hospital in Nantong City were selected to evaluate the safety of early exercise with the scale among 98 patients.And the reliability and validity of the scale were tested.Results:The final scale was composed of 5 primary indicators and 18 secondary indicators.The CVR of the total scale was 0.970.Factor analysis extracted six common factors,which could explain 67.266%of the variation,Because the items could not be named reasonably according to the six common factors,they were classified according to the original five first level indicators.The correlation coefficient between the five dimensions ranges from 0.204 to 0.778.And the correlation coefficients between each dimension and the total score ranged from 0.666 to 0.908.The Cronbach′s α coefficient was 0.817.Conclusion:The scale has good reliability and validity,which can be used as a tool to evaluate the safety items of ICU patients before early rehabilitation.
