摘要 以光学塑料(Acrypet VH 001)为研究对象,通过Moldflow软件分析计算了不同保压压力条件下光学材料的相移和迟滞值。采用正交实验获得最佳的保压压力值,然后在最佳的保压压力再调整保压曲线,在原有的优化基础上进一步优化双折射值,使得透镜所透过的光线达到更加完善。分析结果表明,合适的保压压力在材料凝结过程中可以极大地挖掘材料的品质,减小双折射的相移、迟滞值,对于提高光学制品的加工质量有着很大的帮助。 Optical plastics(Acrypet VH 001)are more common optical materials,but its birefringence properties are rarely used in the analysis of plastic products.As a research target,the phase shift and hysteresis of optical materials under different pressure conditions are calculated and analyzed by Moldflow software.The optimum pressure value is found by orthogonal experimental analysis.After that,the double refraction value can be further optimized on the basis of the original optimization,so that the light transmitted by the lens can achieve a more perfect effect.The results show that the proper pressure holding pressure can greatly excavate the quality of the material and reduce the phase shift and delay value of birefringence,which is of great help to improve the processing quality of optical products.The analysis of optical plastics also complements the content of analytical materials.
