PN结的微观世界3D教学软件设计与应用

摘要 针对模拟电路相对难学、晦涩难懂的问题,基于3D虚拟仿真技术设计了"PN结的微观世界"虚拟仿真实验教学软件。教学内容设计采用循序渐进、逐层深入的方式,设计了PN结的微观世界交互学习认知、面包板搭接电路查错纠错实训操作、三极管实用电路设计分析等3部分内容。通过丰富的人机交互,将抽象理论与实践操作、微观现象与实体实验有机融合。教学实践表明,该软件在大规模、低成本运行的同时,能够有效激发学生学习兴趣、想象力和创造力,培养学生基于网络养成自主学习、终身学习习惯,有效提高教学质量,提升教学水平。 In order to reduce the difficulty in learning and understanding analog circuits,the virtual simulation experiment teaching software of the micro world of PN junction is designed based on 3 D virtual simulation technology.The contents of the software include three parts:interactive learning of PN junction cognition;error checking and error correction of the circuits on the prototyping board;designing and analysis of transistor circuits.Through rich human-computer interaction,abstract theories are combined with practical operations,while microscopic phenomena are combined with real-world experiments.Practice has proved that the software can effectively stimulate students’interest,imagination and creativity,cultivate students’independent learning habit and lifelong learning habit,and improve teaching quality.
