产教深度融合背景下项目式教学模式探析 被引量:34

摘要 高等教育水平是一个国家发展潜力的重要标志。面对国际竞争的新形势和国家战略的新需求,亟须革新高校工程教育,加强产教深度融合,缩小教育与业界的差距,培养具有国际视野、科学思维、解决真实复杂问题能力的创新型工程人才。伴随工程教育改革产教合作的深入推进,项目式教学也因企业的深度介入,在企业、教师、学生三方角色定位和项目实施流程、沟通协调等方面出现了一些问题。通过深入剖析产教深度融合背景下的项目式教学表现出的特征,归纳总结出了产教深度参与的项目式教学实现流程框架模型,并以上海交通大学与华为的合作模式作为校企深度参与项目式教学的典型案例,阐明产教深度融合下的项目式教学的实施及成效,为新形势下高校面向业界需求培养创新型工程人才进行教育教学改革提供借鉴。 The development level of higher education is an important indicator of a country’s development potential.Facing on the new situation of international competition and demands of national strategy,it is urgent to reform engineering education,strengthen the deep integration of industry and education,and shorten the gap between education and industry,cultivateinnovative engineering talents with international vision,scientific thinking,and the ability to solve real and complex problems.With the in-depth advancement of the engineering education reform and the cooperation between industry and education,project-based teaching also has some problems,such as the role positioning and project implementation process of enterprises,teachers and students,communication and coordination.Through in-depth analysis of the characteristics of project-based teaching under the background of deep integration of industry and education,this paper summarizes the process framework model of project-based teaching with deep participation of industry and education,and takes the cooperation mode between Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Huawei as a typical case of school-enterprise deep participation in project-based teaching,to clarify the implementation and effectiveness of project-based teaching under the background of deep integration of industry and education.It provides a reference for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative engineering talents and carry out educational and teaching reform under the new situation.
