摘要
目的:探讨综合康复训练对脑瘫合并智力障碍患儿运动、智力及认知功能的影响。方法:选取110例脑瘫合并智力障碍患儿作为研究对象,依据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各55例。对照组予以常规康复训练治疗,观察组予以综合康复训练治疗;比较两组患儿临床疗效、运动功能、智力功能及认知功能。结果:观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿粗大运动功能测试量表(GMFM)、发育商(DQ)、操作智商(PIQ)、言语智商(VIQ)、总智商(FIQ)及认知评估系统(CAS)评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复训练可有效改善脑瘫并智障患儿临床疗效,促进神经智力发育,改善运动及认知功能,有推广应用价值。
Objective:To explore the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation training on motor,intellectual and cognitive functions of children with cerebral palsy and mental retardation.Methods:A total of 110 cerebral palsy children with intellectual impairment were selected as the research subjects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,55 cases in each group.The control group received routine training.The observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation training.The clinical efficacy,motor function,intellectual function and cognitive function were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The scores of GMFM,DQ,PIQ,VIQ,FIQ and CAS in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of GMFM,DQ,PIQ,VIQ,FIQ and CAS in observation group were higher than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation training can effectively improve the clinical effect of children with cerebral palsy complicated with mental retardation,and promote the improvement of their neurointelligence development,motor function and cognitive function,and has the value of popularization and application.
