自我角色认同护理结合音乐疗法在恢复期精神分裂症患者中的应用

Application of self-role identity nursing combined with self-relaxation music therapy in schizophrenia patients during recovery

目的:探讨自我角色认同护理结合自我松弛音乐疗法在恢复期精神分裂症患者中的应用。方法:选取61例恢复期精神分裂症患者为研究对象,根据护理干预方式不同分为对照组(n=31)和实验组(n=30)。对照组实施常规住院护理及自我松弛音乐疗法干预;实验组在此基础上实施自我角色认同护理;干预时间2个月。比较两组患者病情严重程度(BPRS评分)、精神症状(SAPS及SANS评分)、疗效(CGI评分)、精神科护士评价(NOSIE评分)、智力(MMSE评分)及认知功能(RAVEN)评分。结果:干预前,两组患者各项指标评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预1个月及2个月后,两组患者BPRS、SAPS、SANS及CGI评分呈下降趋势,且均低于干预前(P<0.05),实验组低于对照组(P<0.05);NOSIE、MMSE及RAVEN评分呈上升趋势,且均高于干预前(P<0.05),实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:恢复期精神分裂症患者在常规住院护理基础上采用自我角色认同护理结合自我松弛音乐疗法有利于减轻精神症状,改善病情,提高认知功能,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of self-role identity nursing combined with self-relaxation music therapy in schizophrenia patients during recovery.Methods:A total of 61 schizophrenia patients during recovery were enrolled and divided into control group(n=31)and experimental group(n=30).The control group was given routine inpatient nursing and self-relaxation music therapy,while the experimental group was given self-role identity nursing on basis of control group,they were intervened for 2 months.The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS),Scale for Assessment of Positive Symptom(SAPS),Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptom(SANS),Clinical Global Impression scale(CGI),Nurses’Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation(NOSIE),Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE),and Raven s Standard Progressive Matrices(RAVEN)were compared in the two groups.Results:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in score of each index between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 month and 2 months of intervention,scores of BPRS,SAPS,SANS and CGI in the two groups showed a downward trend,which were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of NOSIE,MMSE and RAVEN showed an upward trend,which were higher than before the intervention(P<0.05),the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of self-role identity nursing combined with self-relaxation music therapy in schizophrenia patients during recovery is not only beneficial to alleviate mental symptoms,improve conditions,but also improve cognitive function,which is worthy of promotion.
