摘要
为了实现CFRP与钢的可靠稳定连接,采用胶粘剂辅助下电阻凸塞焊方法对其进行焊接。观察、分析了接头中各区域的接合状态,探讨了焊接电流对接头几何特性与抗剪载荷的影响。结果表明:焊接电流小于5.5 kA时,接头主要是通过胶粘剂连接而成,焊接电流对接头的抗剪载荷影响较小;焊接电流超过5.5 kA时,接头的连接则是金属连接与胶接两种方式共存,接头的抗剪载荷随焊接电流的增大呈先增大后降低的变化趋势,焊接电流为8.5 kA时达到最大,约8.45 kN,表明能够通过控制焊接电流实现对接头性能的控制。
In order to achieve the reliable and stable joining between CFRP and steel, the resistance projection-plug welding assisted by adhesive was used to weld it. The joining state of each region in the joint was observed and analyzed, and the influence of welding current on the geometric characteristics and tensile shear load of the joint was discussed. The results show that when the welding current is less than 5.5 kA, the joint is mainly connected by adhesive bonding, and the welding current has little effect on the tensile shear load of the joint. When the welding current is more than 5.5 kA, the joint is connected by metal joining and adhesive bonding, the tensile shear load of the joint increases first and then decreases with the increase of welding current, when the welding current is 8.5 kA, it reaches the maximum, about 8.45 kN, which shows that the joint performance can be controlled by controlling the welding current.
