摘要
不孕是一个全球健康问题,约有8%~12%的夫妇受到影响。近50%的不孕病例与男性因素有关。氧化应激(OS)是指活性氧(ROS)和抗氧化剂水平失衡,是男性不育的主要原因之一。少量ROS对精子的获能、超激活和顶体反应等生理功能是必要的。然而,高水平的ROS不仅会导致脂质过氧化或DNA损伤,还会导致精子中酶的失活和蛋白质的氧化,从而导致不育。OS主要是由生活方式相关因素引起的。此外,不成熟的精子、炎症因子、基因突变和性激素水平的改变也是ROS的主要来源。OS的发生是由于精液中缺乏抗氧化剂及其产生的副作用,生活方式的改变和抗氧化剂治疗方案可以帮助克服这一问题。本研究旨在论述OS和男性不育之间的关系。
Infertility is a global health problem affecting about 8%-12%of couples.Nearly 50%of infertility cases are linked to male factors.Oxidative stress(OS),which refers to the imbalance of reactive oxygen species(ROS)and antioxidant levels,is one of the main causes of male infertility.A small amount of ROS is necessary for the physiological functions of sperm such as capacitation,hyperactivation,and acrosomal response.However,high levels of ROS can not only cause lipid peroxidation or DNA damage,but also lead to inactivation of enzymes and oxidation of proteins in sperm,leading to sterility.OS is mainly caused by lifestyle-related factors.In addition,immature sperm,inflammatory cytokines,genetic mutations and changes in sex hormone levels are also major sources of ROS.OS occurs due to a lack of antioxidants in semen and their side effects,and lifestyle changes and antioxidant treatment regimens can help overcome this problem.The purpose of this study was to discuss the relationship between OS and male infertility.
