补肾活血健脾法对特发性男性不育症的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Bushen Huoxue Jianpi Decoction on idiopathic male infertility

目的观察补肾活血健脾汤治疗特发性男性不育症的疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月宜兴市妇幼保健院接诊的76例特发性男性不育症患者作为研究对象。随机分成治疗组(n=45)和对照组(n=31)。治疗组采用自拟的补肾活血健脾汤治疗,对照组采用五子衍宗口服液治疗,观察并比较两组治疗前后精液体积、精子浓度、前向运动精子比率、精子总活动率等指标及配偶的怀孕情况、中医证候的改善情况。结果治疗后,对照组精子前向运动比率及总活动率较治疗前改善,治疗组精液各项参数均较治疗前显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组精子前向运动比率及总活动率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组中医证候改善效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论特发性男性不育症存在脾肾两虚和血瘀的病理改变,运用补肾活血健脾法作为基本方法治疗效果显著,优于单纯补肾法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Bushen Huoxue Jianpi Decoction on idiopathic male infertility.Methods 76 patients with idiopathic male infertility admitted to Yixing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(n=45) and control group(n=31). The treatment group was treated with self-designed Bushen Huoxue Jianpi Decoction, and the control group was treated with Wuziyanzong oral liquid. The semen volume, sperm concentration, forward motility sperm ratio, total sperm motility rate, pregnancy of spouse and improvement of TCM syndromes were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the forward motility rate and total motility rate of sperm in the control group were improved compared with before treatment, and all parameters of semen in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05). After treatment, the forward motility rate and total motility rate of sperm in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The improvement effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Idiopathic male infertility may have pathological changes of spleen and kidney deficiency, and blood stasis. Bushen Huoxue Jianpi Decoction is superior to the simple kidney tonifying, and is worthy of clinical application.
