艾滋病自我检测研究的历史脉络与前沿

Research lineages and frontier evolution of HIV self-testing:abibliometric analysis

目的应用文献计量方法分析国际艾滋病自我检测研究的文献特征、发展脉络、前沿变化情况,为中国开展相关研究、完善相关策略提供参考。方法应用Citespace5.5R2统计软件对WebofScience核心合集数据库收录的自我检测文献进行可视化分析并加以讨论。结果自我检测的探讨肇始于20世纪末,2010年以来研究数量快速增长,2019年达到120篇,研究团队主要为欧洲、美国的研究机构和研究者。研究发展脉络较为清晰,目前已经形成了技术可行性分析、适用人群研究、策略推广分析等3个方向的研究热点聚类。研究前沿关注于随机对照研究、自我检测推广模式等议题。结论艾滋病自我检测研究正处于快速发展阶段,尚有较充分的研究空间,国内研究团队可以以文献计量结果为参考,在中国艾滋病防治工作的语境中回应研究热点,追踪前沿问题,探索符合中国国情的自我检测策略。

Objective To analyze and discuss the characteristics,evolution and frontier trends of international HIV self-testing literature from the perspective of bibliometric analysis,and provides references for China to carry out research and improve relevant strategies.Methods Citespace 5.5 R2 statistical software was used to visualize and analyze the self-testing literature catalogued in the Web of Science Core Collection database.Results Research on HIV self-testing originated from the end of the 20th century and the number of studies has grown rapidly since 2010,reaching 120 in 2019.Research institutions and researchers in Europe and the United States dominated current self-testing research.The development lineage of self-testing research is clear,and three directions of research hotspots clustering—technical feasibility analysis,applicable population research,and strategic promotion analysis—have been formed.Current frontier focuses on controlled trials and the dissemination of selftesting.Conclusions The research on HIV/AIDS self-testing is in the stage of rapid development,and there is still sufficient research space.Domestic research teams can respond to research hotspots,track cutting-edge issues,and explore self-testing strategies in line with China's national conditions in the context of HIV/AIDS prevention and control in China with the reference of bibliometrics results.
